Embroidery

A successfully embroidered image starts with a good art file. This file is then imported into a software program engineered with the tools to assist a skilled technician to edit and configure the properties of the file to insure a quality stitch. Embroidery machine operating experience, software know-how, and a comprehensive knowledge of a multitude of substrates is crucial for a positive outcome.

Items to be stitched need to be fastened in a hoop. The hoop is then placed into the arms of the sash affixed to the motorized pentagraph that is driven in an X-Y manner. Depending on the embroidery machine model, numerous items can be stitched at one time and designs can be stitched in a multitude of thread colors.
