Campaigns

ONLINE CAMPAIGN POLICY

Our online Campaign program is intended to provide schools, teams, organizations, activities, businesses, and other established groups with a convenient way to offer apparel and merchandise to their members, employees, supporters, or customers.

Because every Campaign requires design, product selection, pricing, setup, proofing, administration, production planning, and order fulfillment on our part, Campaigns are offered selectively and are not intended to serve as a substitute for placing a traditional apparel order.

Campaign Eligibility

We are happy to consider Campaigns for organizations or groups where there is a reasonable expectation of participation and purchasing activity.

Examples may include established school programs, athletic teams, clubs, organizations, businesses, community groups, events, or other situations where an identifiable audience exists and there is reasonable potential for sufficient sales.

Campaign approval is ultimately based on our assessment of the project, anticipated participation, products being offered, design requirements, production considerations, and the amount of setup involved.

Custom Design Work

Custom artwork and design services performed in anticipation of a traditional apparel order are considered part of that original project.

If substantial design work has already been completed based on the understanding that an order will be placed, the project cannot automatically be converted to an online Campaign as an alternative to placing that order.

We are happy to discuss Campaign opportunities before beginning the design process so that both parties understand how the project will be handled.

Campaigns Are Not Test Markets

Campaigns are not intended to be used simply to determine whether enough people may be interested in purchasing a product.

While we understand that no Campaign comes with guaranteed sales, there should be a reasonable expectation of participation before we invest the additional time required to build and administer one.

We therefore reserve the right to decline Campaign requests when the potential sales volume does not reasonably justify the design, setup, administration, and production requirements involved.

Customer Commitment

Customers requesting a Campaign should be prepared to actively promote it to their intended audience.

The success of a Campaign depends heavily upon communication and promotion by the sponsoring organization. Creating the Campaign provides the ordering platform; it does not create the audience or guarantee participation.

Minimum Participation

We reserve the right to establish minimum quantities, minimum sales levels, limited product selections, or other requirements for an individual Campaign when necessary to make production economically practical.

If minimum requirements are established for a particular Campaign, those requirements will be communicated before the Campaign is launched.

Products and Designs

We reserve the right to determine which garments, products, decoration methods, designs, and number of design options are appropriate for Campaign sales.

Campaigns may be intentionally limited to a manageable selection of products and designs in order to keep ordering, production, and fulfillment efficient.

Requests for extensive product selections, multiple custom designs, or unusual production requirements may require additional charges or may not be appropriate for a Campaign.

Campaign Approval

The availability of our Campaign service does not mean that every apparel project qualifies for a Campaign.

Each request is evaluated individually, and we reserve the right to approve, decline, or recommend a traditional order instead of a Campaign based upon the circumstances of the project.

Our goal is not to discourage Campaigns, but to use them where they make sense for both our customer and our business. When there is a strong audience and reasonable purchasing potential, Campaigns can be an excellent solution. When those conditions do not exist, a traditional apparel order is generally the better option.
